From the city head north along Puget Sound and cross on the ferry to Whidbey Island, and Coupeville a quaint waterfront town. Cross to the Olympic Peninsula and around the National Park to Lake Quinault. Continue further down the Pacifi c coast to Seaview and Long Beach, near to the mouth of the Columbia River, and the delightful Shelbourne Inn. Return back along Puget Sound to the airport south of Seattle.
