Ontario West Around Georgian Bay

Head west from Toronto to the north shore of Lake Erie where there is a string of small ports and country towns as well as long sandy beaches. Continue on to Windsor via Point Pelee and then follow the coast of Lake Huron to Goderich a charming little town over looking the Lake. Then drive up the Bruce Peninsula dividing Georgian Bay from Lake Huron to Tobermory. Cross on the Chi Cheeman ferry to Manitoulin Island and on to Little Current. The route then continues west to Sault Ste Marie, from where you can explore the north shore of Lake Superior or the wilderness surrounding the town. Retrace the route east and continue around Georgian Bay to Parry Sound, tucked away on an inlet among 30,000 Islands. Return south to Toronto before returning home.
